Your health is our priority. Please follow these protocols carefully during public health treatments.

Pre-Treatment Preparation

  • Clear access to kitchen cabinets, under sinks, pantry shelves, and skirting board areas.
  • Remove pets, children, and elderly individuals from the treated areas prior to chemical application.
  • Cover or store all exposed food items, water jars, dining utensils, and children's toys in sealed containers.
  • Cover aquarium fish tanks tightly and switch off air pump systems during treatment cycles.

After-Service Instructions

  • Keep windows and doors open for ventilation for at least 2 to 3 hours after the treatment is completed.
  • Avoid mopping or wiping treated skirting board sections for at least 48 to 72 hours (or as advised by the technician).
  • Report any surviving pest activity to our support desk during the warranty monitoring window.

Is the treatment safe for children, pets, and pregnant women?

Yes. All biocides used are certified and registered by the Dubai Municipality. However, during the application of spray treatments, we mandate that children, pregnant women, and pets remain outside the property for at least 2 to 3 hours to allow ventilation.

Do you use odourless chemicals?

Yes, we prioritize gel baits and odourless liquid sprays for residential premises. For heavy infestations where flush-out treatments are required, some mild odor might persist briefly but disperses quickly with standard window ventilation.

Do you issue municipality safety completion certificates?

Yes. After every disinfection or commercial pest treatment service, we issue official Service Completion Reports detailing the products used, batch codes, targets, and technician signs, suitable for audit documentation.
