These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by NisrAl Sahra Public Health Pest Control & Cleaning Services (“NisrAl Sahra”, “we”, “us”) to customers in Dubai. By requesting a quotation or booking a service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services Provided
NisrAl Sahra provides pest control, deep cleaning, water tank cleaning, AC and duct cleaning, swimming pool cleaning and disinfection and sanitization services for residential and commercial properties across Dubai. The exact scope of each service is confirmed in the written quotation provided before booking.
2. Quotations and Pricing
Quotations are prepared based on the property type, condition, accessibility and the service details shared by the customer, whether by phone, WhatsApp, email or site inspection. Final pricing may be adjusted if the property condition differs materially from what was described at the time of quotation.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments are confirmed subject to technician availability. NisrAl Sahra will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any delay or rescheduling. Customers should provide accurate access details and be available (or arrange access) at the confirmed appointment time.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule or cancel an appointment by contacting our team via phone or WhatsApp. We recommend providing as much notice as possible so the appointment slot can be reallocated.
5. Customer Preparation
Each service page sets out preparation steps relevant to that service (for example, securing food items before pest control, or providing tank access before water tank cleaning). Following these instructions supports a safe and effective service. NisrAl Sahra is not responsible for delays or limitations in scope caused by inadequate preparation or restricted access.
6. Service Scope and Limitations
Every service is delivered according to the agreed scope stated in the quotation. Work outside this scope — including but not limited to structural repairs, plumbing repairs, electrical work, pest-entry-point sealing, or specialist stain/mould removal — is not included unless separately quoted and confirmed in writing. Full exclusions for each service are listed on the relevant service page.
7. Products and Methods
Products and treatment methods are selected according to the pest, property, agreed scope and product label instructions. Preparation, safety and re-entry guidance is provided before treatment and should be followed by all occupants.
8. Warranty and Follow-Up
Any warranty, callback or follow-up terms are specific to the service type and will be confirmed in the written quotation. NisrAl Sahra does not guarantee a specific outcome without reviewing the actual property condition, as results can depend on factors outside our control, including infestation level, structural condition, customer preparation and ongoing maintenance.
9. Payment Terms
Payment terms (including any deposit, on-completion, or contract billing arrangements) will be confirmed at the time of quotation or contract agreement.
10. Liability
NisrAl Sahra takes reasonable care in delivering all services. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, damage arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer, or issues arising from work outside the agreed scope. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Emirate of Dubai.
